A gentle fit call for the Community Building Lab

For founders, facilitators and hosts who want their communities to feel more alive, honest and self-sustaining — without carrying the whole room alone.

Community Building Lab - Sofia Reis

Olá, I’m Sofia

I help founders, facilitators and community hosts create spaces where people feel safe enough to show up, speak honestly and connect.
If your community has gone quiet, feels heavier than expected, or depends too much on you to keep the energy alive, it does not mean something is broken.
Often, it simply means something needs to be made clearer.
The invitation might need to be softened or sharpened.
The rhythm might need more consistency.
People might need a clearer way in.
Or you might be holding more than is actually yours to hold.
The Community Building Lab is a six-week live space where we look at your actual community, your real challenges and the small shifts that can help it feel more alive, shared and sustainable.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if this is right for me?

This is for you if you have a group, membership, retreat community, Substack, WhatsApp group or community idea — and you want support making it feel more alive, honest and sustainable.

What will we talk about on the call?

We’ll talk about what you’re building, what feels unclear or heavy right now, and what you’d love to feel different by the end of the six weeks.

Do I need an existing community to join?

No. You can bring an existing community or an idea you’re dreaming of building. The Lab is designed to support both.

What happens after the call?

If it feels like the Lab is a good fit, I’ll share the next steps for joining the founding round.

People are not always quiet because they do not care. Sometimes they need a clearer invitation, a safer rhythm and a way in.
